Community
We have an incredibly strong sense of community at Saint John's; it is an important focus for us. Our community includes the pupils and staff at our school and also our families, our volunteers and our governors: all those who have become part of our school. The school community has connections with outside places and people too, including partnerships with local primary and secondary schools, as well as churches and Cheltenham businesses and charities. Being a part of a strong community is central to our children's confidence, as well as preparing them for extending their community experiences;
Please see the tabs on the right-hand side for different information relevant to our current parents/carers and the wider community.
Below is information about our three most recent Parent/Carer Surveys, from Autumn 2022 and Summer 2024. In 2023, parents completed the OFSTED survey in the summer term. In addition, parents gave feedback during the SIAMS inspection in November 2025.
Below you will see the most recent survey - Summer 2026 - where the feedback was overwhelmingly positive again.
We are delighted with how our parents and carers view our school, whilst also recognising that there is always work to do: parents and carers need to understand everything that we do at Saint John's to ensure that we all flourish.
